• Provide unlimited communications by email, phone and mail
• At least 6 hours of in-person consultations
• Assist in choosing your vendors
• Develop timelines/schedules for all details
• Design and coordinate your wedding ceremony
• Design and coordinate your menu and place cards
• Design and coordinate seating designation markers/place card and gift table
• Assist with all theme development for all aspects of the event
• Coordinate and create schedules for vendors and bridal party
• Confirm with all vendors prior to big event
• Assist with and direct rehearsal and rehearsal dinner
• Serve as 'point-person' for wedding day
• Handle and coordinate gift table, placecards and overall set-up
• Handle distribution of final vendor payments on wedding day
• Design and coordinate wedding ceremony program (4 pages, including cover)
